Shipping policy

We are currently fulfilling and shipping orders within South Africa and internationally from South Africa.

We have opened all countries for international orders but reserve the right to cancel any order prior to shipping if we have reason to believe the parcel will be detained or destroyed by local customs for whatever reason. Orders that are cancelled prior to shipping will receive a full refund through any payment channel that is agreed on. Orders that are lost or returned for whatever reason will also be refunded or credited.

All South African orders are shipped with BobGo and are generally dispatched within 2 working days after payment confirmation has been received. If you pay via EFT/bank deposit, your order will only be dispatched within 48 hours of your payment clearing or on the next shipment run after receiving PoP. 

International orders will be shipped with FedEx and are subject to varying delivery times depending on which country, area and regulations. Shipping rates include customs duties. Although we've taken all the necessary steps to ensure customs clearance prior to arrival for speedy processing and delivery, all parcels are subject to whatever regulations and processes of local customs and may be withheld and inspected for whatever reason.

Courier collections and deliveries occur from Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm. No deliveries take place on weekends or public holidays. If you live in a main city centre, your order will take 2-5 days. If you live in a remote area it could take up to 7 days. International orders may take as long as 3 weeks in some cases. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you require assistance tracking your parcel.
