What's inside (per 1ml serving)

SleepyDrops extract complex, 1090mg:

• Reishi (Ganoderma lucidum) 4:1 — the "mushroom of immortality", an adaptogen traditionally used to promote calm, balance and restful sleep.
• Valerian Root (Valeriana officinalis) 4:1 — one of the most widely used herbs for relaxation and sleep support.
• Kanna (Sceletium tortuosum) 4:1 — an indigenous South African succulent, traditionally used to ease tension and lift mood.
• Chamomile (Matricaria chamomilla) 4:1 — the classic bedtime flower, gently soothing for body and mind.

In a base of spring water, ethanol, vegetable glycerine and citric acid (0.15%).

How to use

Take 1ml (one dropper) 1–2 times daily, directly under the tongue or in warm water or herbal tea. Best taken in the evening, 30–60 minutes before bed.
