Dosage:

A 50ml bottle of our extract should last around 50 days, with a recommended daily dosage of 1ml. For those with alcohol sensitivities, we suggest adding your dosage to warm water/tea to help evaporate the alcohol before consumption.

We take Shiitake almost daily in some form or another to reap most of the benefits from it. Since this mushroom is mostly used as a delicious culinary resource for us here in South Africa, we choose to keep the tincture in our general supplements cupboard to take when we haven't been eating them regularly.
